It contains numerous photographs from the early days of the town, various legal documents and photographs of the people who lived there. John Frankland had a professional interest in the planning of the town and a personal vested interest since becoming a resident in 1973.

The book may be purchased through various outlets that can easily be found by performing a Google search and both new and used copies can be found on Ebay and sometimes in local charity shops. It is well worth a read.
